OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Robohawk products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE ROBOHAWK RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a robohawk.us order. Robohawk does not offer returns on items purchased outside of robohawk.us.

  • All returns must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. 

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase.
